Recruiting Programs Lead

Own and scale early career talent programs, including university relations, new grad hiring, and internships, end-to-end through campus partnerships, offers, and onboarding. Build and manage a compliant contingent workforce program, partnering with vendors, staffing agencies, and VMS processes to track requisitions, workers, spend, and compliance risk. Drive automation and use program metrics to improve pipeline health and reduce manual work in support of business objectives.
