Job Summary

Verify cutting-edge FPGA and ASIC features for a variety of target customers within AMD’s AECG front-end design/integration team. Collaborate with architecture, IP design, PD, hardware, firmware, and product engineering to deliver first-pass silicon success. Own test planning and UVM-based testbench development (monitors, scoreboards, checkers), build directed/random tests, run regressions, and debug failures to ensure functional, performance, and implementation quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers to understand features to be verified.
•Develop test plan documentation covering interactions across hardware, firmware, and software driver use cases.
•Code UVM-based testbenches and verification components such as monitors, scoreboards, and checkers.
•Build directed and random verification tests.
•Run regressions and debug test failures to ensure functional, performance, and implementation quality.

Key Requirements

•Experience in IP-level ASIC verification.
•Experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog, and object-oriented programming.
•Develop UVM-based verification frameworks and testbenches.
•Scripting and automation of verification processes and flows.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or Electrical Engineering.
