  • •Develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design and construction phases.
  • •Create, update, and analyze execution schedules for concurrent projects and establish baseline schedules.
  • •Review schedule updates, generate comparison reports, analyze variances, and assess issues, scope changes, and delays.
  • •Perform time impact analyses, what-if analyses, and support recovery planning through schedule recovery reviews.
  • •Partner with project teams to identify risks and produce reliable forecasts through completion while providing executive leadership recommendations.
