Key Responsibilities

  • •Standardize and systematize end-to-end data center processes.
  • •Collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Delivery, and Operations teams to formalize process standards and organize training as needed.
  • •Work with the Platform team to design, implement, and maintain process systems for end-to-end data center workflows.
  • •Oversee compliance assessments for new hyperscale data centers and edge sites across APAC, AMS, and EU, coordinating with Legal, Data Security, Regional Government Relations, and Tax.
  • •Track operational performance indicators, analyze recurring issues, and propose and follow up on improvement measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management of Technology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant work experience in end-to-end process management.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and applications of end-to-end process management.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute process initiatives.
  • •Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
