Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain end-to-end process standards, aligned with EMEA requirements while respecting local specifics
  • •Own SLA/KPI modeling and ensure process documentation integrity and audit readiness
  • •Serve as escalation point for deviations, risks, and blocked cases; analyze root causes and decide corrective actions
  • •Monitor process quality and SLA adherence; ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
  • •Run temporary process execution for peak times/holiday replacement and act as backup for Channel – Admin when needed

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration/Business/Finance/Commercial or related fields
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
  • •SAP R3 basics
  • •Process mapping tools and ability to manage complex, cross-functional processes
  • •Experience in training delivery and content localization (and/or familiarity with it)
