Lead AWAL’s artist and label partnership acquisition strategy by sourcing, negotiating, and executing deals involving music rights, joint ventures, and other strategic opportunities. Build global relationships with managers, business managers, lawyers, and rightsholders, prospect at scale, and support cross-functional due diligence and negotiations with Sony Music teams. Model deal valuation, develop partner-identification tools, and oversee post-close catalog onboarding and deal performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own AWAL’s acquisition strategy.
•Drive global relationships to source and close new opportunities, including cold outreach outside the direct network.
•Contribute to deal processes by supporting due diligence, negotiations, and working cross-functionally across AWAL and Sony Music.
•Support finance with deal valuation models and help create investment presentations and approval memos for senior management.
•Manage post-close processes including catalog onboarding, evaluating deal performance, and driving process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 160,000 annually

•Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset to create opportunities and work independently.
