Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own AWAL’s acquisition strategy.
  • •Drive global relationships to source and close new opportunities, including cold outreach outside the direct network.
  • •Contribute to deal processes by supporting due diligence, negotiations, and working cross-functionally across AWAL and Sony Music.
  • •Support finance with deal valuation models and help create investment presentations and approval memos for senior management.
  • •Manage post-close processes including catalog onboarding, evaluating deal performance, and driving process improvements.
