Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage up to 15 direct reports and deliver technical work as a technical architect on Industries projects at 50% utilization while leading the team of Technical Consultants
  • •Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants to translate program designs into high-quality solutions aligning with customer needs
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding adoption of emerging technologies to drive business value
  • •Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • •Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions meeting client requirements

Key Requirements

  • •10-16 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and handling individual contributors
  • •5+ years of people management experience
  • •Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture expertise
  • •Expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud (Comms, H&I, or FSC), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio
  • •Integration Architecture (Must have) and Platform Security (Must have) with Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management
