Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain program-wide reporting policies, procedures, templates, and tools aligned to cost, schedule, and scope controls.
  • •Lead preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual program performance reports, integrating progress, cost, cash flow, earned value, risk, and forecast data.
  • •Design and maintain interactive, role-based dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance drivers and constraints.
  • •Collaborate to collect, validate, and reconcile cost, schedule, and risk data while maintaining traceability between source systems and published reports.
  • •Serve as a key liaison between Program Controls, Finance, and Program Leadership to deliver cohesive reporting narratives and meet reporting timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, project management, or related discipline.
  • •Proficiency with Power BI, Primavera P6, TILOS, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Strong background in scheduling, project controls, reporting, and data analytics.
  • •Knowledge of federal reporting standards and compliance/performance frameworks for large-scale capital programs is a strong plus.
