Vans: Supervisor - Rehobeth Beach

Lead a Vans store’s customer engagement and day-to-day operations in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help the team exceed sales goals by tracking KPIs. Maintain merchandising and inventory standards, support stockroom/shipping and loss prevention practices, uphold safety and company policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture through local community involvement.
