Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor AMHS operations and proactively detect and respond to system issues to ensure continuous manufacturing flow.
  • •Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues in electromechanical equipment.
  • •Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including setup and calibration, on AMHS equipment and sub-assemblies.
  • •Log system problems and errors accurately in designated databases, maintaining detailed records.
  • •Respond to escalations with Manufacturing Service Desks, Equipment Engineering, and other stakeholders; dismantle/adjust/repair/reassemble equipment using technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school/GED (or higher) plus 4+ years of relevant hands-on technical or military technical experience, or 2.5+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience, or 3+ years of technical work experience.
  • •Associate’s degree in a STEM field related to semiconductor manufacturing/operations plus 2+ years of relevant equipment maintenance experience.
  • •4+ years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience at a Field Service Engineer level (with high school/GED or higher).
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and execute preventive/corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment and sub-assemblies.
  • •Ability to work in the clean room and perform physical tasks including lifting 25-pound parts and climbing/working on ladders as described.
