Vinyl Room Supervisor- The Truth

Oversee day-to-day operations of The Truth’s Vinyl Room and Vinyl Room Rooftop during events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Support ancillary sales and inventory management while supervising and leading a team of 3+ staff. Manage show-day setup/breakdown, run pre-shift meetings, monitor guest flow and safety, handle guest concerns, and complete post-show inventory reconciliation and operational feedback.
