Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in IT services or related technical environments, including hospital or clinical IT experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of computer networking, system integration, and technical troubleshooting in a healthcare IT environment.
  • •Active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required (CCNP acceptable).
  • •Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience); bachelor’s preferred.
  • •Ability to perform field service duties, including approximately 75% travel and working in office/home office and hospital/healthcare environments.
