Job Summary

Contact students and families to conduct placement conferences, graduation plan reviews, transcript evaluations, and documentation collection to finalize course placements. Learn and apply state and school graduation requirements, including translating and evaluating international academic records. Maintain accurate communication records in Stride tools, manage assigned caseloads to meet timeframes, and collaborate with the Lead Placement Coordinator to resolve issues. This is a home-based role with weekend and evening availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Contact students and families to conduct placement conferences and graduation plan reviews.
•Evaluate domestic and international transcripts/report cards and select appropriate courses based on requirements.
•Guide families on the documents needed for placement and help obtain required materials.
•Document phone and email communications in Stride tools and manage assigned caseloads to complete placements within timeframes.
•Analyze issues in placement information and coordinate with the Lead Placement Coordinator when problems arise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.01 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field of study.
•Six (6) months of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
