  • •Implement lean processes and evolve ways of working through continuous iteration and improvement.
  • •Establish and run data-driven operational frameworks to track portfolio performance against OKRs and enable right investment decisions.
  • •Plan and execute change requirements by identifying risks and dependencies, setting tools/forums for clarity and efficiency, and improving transparency and accountability.
