•Assist in menu planning and development, contributing ideas for new dishes, specials, and seasonal offerings.
•Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies for their section, and assist in ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization in their section, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience; 3 years relevant experience; 2 years GCC exposure is a plus
•Diploma in any related field
•Proficient in cooking techniques and culinary trends
•Ability to lead and mentor a team; delegate tasks effectively
•Knowledge of menu planning, recipe creation, and inventory management for their section
