Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate approved learning portfolio decisions into coordinated development plans, timelines, and execution plans.
  • •Orchestrate milestones, dependencies, and handoffs across learning design, regional partners, facilitators, and delivery resources.
  • •Manage end-to-end operational logistics for AMER learning programs, including scheduling, venues, vendors, materials, and participant communications.
  • •Maintain AMER learning operations data (enrollments, completions, and compliance tracking) and produce dashboards and regional reporting.
  • •Serve as first-line operational support for AMER learners and facilitators and resolve enrollment/access/scheduling/program navigation issues quickly.

Salary: USD 69,120 - 86,400 annually
