Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate development and implementation of Track Access Plans and optimize scheduled rail outages.
  • •Coordinate with client and project team to evaluate operations and track access alternatives using client simulation models and other measures.
  • •Coordinate service plans, timetables, outages, work trains, Roadway Worker Protection, and flagging activities within the railroad right-of-way.
  • •Track and coordinate approvals for contractor rail outage requests, access and protection requests, flagging requests, and related submissions.
  • •Prepare reports and project documentation and attend operations planning and outage planning meetings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience supporting construction, rail operations, project coordination, infrastructure programs, or related fields.
  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Experience coordinating construction planning, project meetings (scheduled and ad hoc), inspections, and field operations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, including preparing reports and meeting minutes.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and coordination with project stakeholders; must have a valid driver’s license and pass Motor Vehicle screening.
