As a French-speaking HR Services Specialist, you will handle frontline HR inquiries, manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, maintain HR data and systems, support international HR operations, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a hybrid, fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for employees providing support on a wide range of HR topics with a people-first approach.
•Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
•Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high data quality standards.
•Support international HR operations, including onboarding, mobility processes and day-to-day HR administration.
•Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, reports) in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Requirements

•A degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in HR operations.
•Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with different stakeholders.
•A detail-oriented and structured mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•A proactive, adaptable and solution-driven attitude in a fast-paced, international environment.
