Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • •Provide bespoke support and architect solutions with technical contacts from enterprise and prospective customers.
  • •Create compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition.
  • •Develop technical enablement resources to improve sales team effectiveness and technical fluency.
  • •Build self-service tools and documentation, and work with product teams to productize common integration patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •Passionate about AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products, with strong customer focus and empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
  • •Experience working directly with customers and iterating on technical solutions; student clubs or side projects are acceptable if you enjoy doing this work.
  • •Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled across enterprise deployments.
  • •Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems.
  • •Proficiency in Python with a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns, plus excellent communication skills for different audiences.
