Job Summary

Maintain and support VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE mobile device management environments for enterprise customers. Handle Windows server patching and lifecycle updates, validate cloud connect connectivity, manage BCP switchover, coordinate database backup requests, and renew multiple certificate types (SSL, SAML, APNs, signing, pinning). Triage alerts, manage agents and services, resolve Omnissa support/vendor issues, and ensure monitoring, health checks, and vulnerability remediation.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain AirWatch application Windows servers, including patching and Workspace ONE lifecycle updates.
•Test and validate AirWatch cloud connect, including BCP switchover (RR to WW and vice versa).
•Request and manage AirWatch database backups, renew AWCM and related public/private SSL certificates, and handle SAML and signing certificate renewals.
•Perform change creation/implementation and manage server alerts, including NSclient and ops view alert suppression.
•Raise and resolve Omnissa support tickets, manage Workspace ONE logging and firewall rule requests, validate monitoring/health checks, and handle UEM vulnerability remediation.
