Job Summary

Provide enterprise pre-sales support and technical consultancy, translating customer requirements into security solution design and implementation proposals. Lead presales activities including proposals, demos, and presentations, and contribute to tender documentation such as RFPs, RFIs, and POC demos. Deliver professional services and training to channels and distributors. Partner with enterprise teams to evaluate lab setups, POCs, and integrated networking/security architectures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers, translating requirements into security solution design and implementation.
•Deliver presales solution offerings including proposals, demos, and presentations.
•Prepare tender documents and manage RFPs, RFIs, and POC demos.
•Support enterprise account work, including lab setups and proof-of-concept activities.
•Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in network security or application security.
•Experience handling big enterprise accounts, including lab setup and proof-of-concept (POC).
•Strong networking/security solution knowledge such as routing, switching, VPN, firewall, SD-WAN, sandboxing, and UEBA.
•Experience with cloud deployment including AWS, Azure, Alibaba, or Google Cloud.
•Knowledge of SDN, orchestration, or multi-vendor integrated deployment; plus experience with hacking techniques and penetration testing.
