Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight as the client representative.
  • •Assist and advise on overall construction effort, including advising on project conception approaches and procurement strategy.
  • •Own contract and budget responsibilities as assigned and develop/co-ordinate the Project Execution Plan and completion of GC PEP activities.
  • •Proactively manage construction execution risks and maintain the risk register in coordination with the client PM.
  • •Support design and construction closeout processes, including reviewing drawings, coordinating RFI/submittals, schedule ownership, and producing site progress meeting documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • •Engineering or Architecture degree.
  • •Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager delivering successful client outcomes.
  • •PMI certification is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish to conduct meetings, create reports, and give presentations.
