Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structural design and drafting activities as part of a multi-discipline project team
  • •Coordinate and lead a team of structural designers, including task assignment, work prioritization, and schedule coordination
  • •Produce complex 3D structural models and 2D structural drawings from reference 3D models
  • •Coordinate discipline-specific deliverables with project, client, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • •Perform quality checks on 3D models and 2D drawings and prepare material take-offs and other design deliverables

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Structural Engineering Design and Drafting Technology or equivalent
  • •Minimum 15 years of structural design and drafting experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors
  • •Advanced structural modeling and drafting software experience, including Autodesk Advance Steel, AVEVA E3D, Hexagon Smart3D, AutoCAD, and SmartSketch
  • •Experience leading or coordinating structural design teams on multidisciplinary projects while maintaining individual design responsibilities
  • •Demonstrated experience developing complex 3D structural models and detailed structural drawings
