Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce to uncover automation value and design efficient processes using UiPath capabilities
•Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value engagements for Retail and Manufacturing prospects and customers
•Partner with the sales team to define account strategy and expand solution footprints to achieve desired business outcomes
•Conduct process discovery sessions to map current workflows, identify automation opportunities, and quantify potential value
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to channel feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years in sales engineering, consulting, or industry solutions within Retail or Manufacturing
•Ability to architect complex automated solutions and communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
•Experience with Lean Principles, continuous process improvement, and operational excellence practices
•Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprises and solving business problems with technology
•Authorized to work in the United States; travel 20-25% is expected
