Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Sponsored Model clients through periodic reviews, assessments, and remediation of conduct frameworks.
  • •Perform conduct assessments related to products, fair value, customer support, and customer understanding (including vulnerable customers).
  • •Identify potential conduct concerns, suggest remediation steps, and document findings in concise reports with risk areas and next steps.
  • •Make recommendations about client relationship nature based on review findings, and conduct follow-up reviews to monitor remediation progress.
  • •Support the creation/review of conduct policies, procedures, guidance and training, and collaborate with the Conduct Risk and regulatory teams.
