Key Responsibilities

  • •Fulfill the Program Manager role for Agile/hybrid programs and ensure projects follow standard processes and project management principles.
  • •Collaborate with project owners, leaders, and cross-functional teams globally to deliver projects and complete milestones/deliverables within QDC targets.
  • •Report project updates, risks and mitigations, QDC metrics, productivity and deployment efficiency, and timesheet data during monthly operations reviews.
  • •Implement Agile methodologies effectively (Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, SAFe) and ensure product development procedures are followed by the development teams.
  • •Manage and coach teams on Agile best practices; focus on process optimization, business value realization, and alignment of Agile initiatives with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree from an accredited institution; technical degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
  • •14+ years of overall industry experience, with minimum 8+ years in project management, Scrum Master, and Agile experience.
  • •Certified PMP and Agile certification (CSM/PSM/KMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe/ICP Agile).
  • •Expertise in program/project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile), including Agile transformation.
  • •Technically competent with Microsoft Office tools plus JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, MIRO, and AI tools; ability to manage budgets, schedules, and program finances.
