Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve customer/client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to constantly move in and around the store, including sales floor and back of house

  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and perform physical tasks safely (lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist)
