Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review interim payment applications, final accounts, and BOQ measurements based on site progress.
  • •Assist in cost control, cash flow forecasts, and budget tracking during construction.
  • •Evaluate and certify variations, claims, and change orders from contractors in coordination with the Contracts Manager.
  • •Conduct regular site visits to verify actual work progress and update cost reports accordingly.
  • •Interpret contract clauses and ensure compliance with FIDIC or similar contract conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • •12 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, preferably in a consultancy role.
  • •Strong understanding of road/highway/bridge/tunnel project execution and cost management.
  • •Experience working with FIDIC contracts and government authorities (e.g., MOT, Aramco, Royal Commission) in Saudi Arabia.
