Key Requirements

  • •Strong senior Product Manager experience owning complex technical, platform, infrastructure, or financial systems.
  • •Technical depth to partner credibly with engineers and reason about systems, trade-offs, dependencies, and long-term architecture.
  • •Excited by critical infrastructure like ledgers, reconciliation, financial data, controls, reporting, internal platforms, abstractions, or backend systems.
  • •Experience working with senior, cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Product, and operational teams.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguous, stakeholder-heavy environments and shifting teams from request-led delivery to long-term strategy.
