  • •Represents ERIE and its insureds in civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
  • •Assesses liability arguments and damages presented and offers timely insights and recommendations to support effective claims resolution.
  • •Collaborates with claims professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management and consistent legal strategy.
  • •Conducts discovery; takes depositions; prepares witnesses for testimony; drafts and argues motions, pleadings, and other court filings; and attends court hearings, pretrial conferences, mediations, settlement conferences, arbitrations and trials.
  • •Mentors junior attorneys and contributes to team development through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
