Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with safety requirements and participate in safety activities to ensure zero safety violations.
  • •Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot daily manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • •Perform changeovers and disassemble, assemble, and clean machinery.
  • •Execute production run schedules, resolve quality issues, and report unresolved issues immediately.
  • •Document operating parameters and perform QC tests and applicable maintenance tasks (PMs, troubleshoot, repair).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing; mechanically inclined preferred.
  • •High School Diploma or G.E.D. at time of application.
  • •Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
  • •Ability to properly follow written and verbal operating and LOTO procedures and read/interpret documents.
  • •Ability to perform physical duties including standing up to 12 hours and lifting at least 55 lbs, and working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
