Inspire and teach KG students through Taaleem’s ethos and distinctive curriculum programmes, tailoring instruction to individual learning needs. Partner with students, colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support academic foundations, personal and spiritual fulfilment, and a love of lifelong learning. Deliver excellent classroom practice, communicate professionally, meet deadlines, and contribute to a learning culture while aligning with child safeguarding expectations and school standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver inspirational, student-centred teaching with a deep understanding of individual learning needs.
•Implement Taaleem’s curriculum programmes to build academic foundations and support lifelong learning.
•Use contemporary educational research and stay current with educational developments.
•Maintain strong classroom practice and meet school expectations, deadlines, and professional standards.
•Work with students, colleagues, parents, and senior leadership while supporting safeguarding commitments and required background checks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant degree with a recognised teaching qualification/license.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in a recognised or international school environment.
•Outstanding classroom practitioner with previous successful teaching/lecturing experience.
•Experience working with DSIB, OFSTED, or similar school inspection authorities.
•Excellent communication in written and spoken English with professionalism and strong organisational skills.
