Quantity Surveyor - Procurement

Manage the full procurement cycle for main construction contracts, consultancy services, enabling works, nominated subcontract packages, and direct materials purchases. Prepare, review, and validate tender documentation (drawings, specifications, BOQs, scope, and commercial conditions), float and monitor tenders, and coordinate RFIs and clarifications. Evaluate commercial bids, verify quantities and pricing, conduct negotiations, draft procurement contractual documents, maintain procurement trackers, and support contractor prequalification and value engineering.
