Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for main construction contracts, consultancy services, enabling works, nominated subcontract packages, and direct contracts/material purchases.
  • •Prepare, review, and validate tender documentation including drawings, specifications, BOQs, scope of works, and commercial conditions prior to tender issuance.
  • •Float tenders, coordinate with bidders, and monitor tender activities to ensure submissions meet required timelines.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to respond to bidder RFIs and issue tender clarifications; review submissions for commercial and technical compliance.
  • •Conduct commercial bid evaluations and negotiations, verify quantities and pricing against tender documents, draft Letters of Award and procurement contractual documents, and maintain procurement trackers and registers.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying and pre-contract procurement with a main contractor or real estate developer.
  • •Proven procurement and tendering experience for high-rise/mid-rise residential or commercial developments.
  • •Experience for villas/townhouse developments and mixed-use/master-planned communities.
  • •Strong background in pre-contract quantity surveying, tendering, and commercial evaluation.
  • •Proficient in quantity take-off, measurement, and cost estimation; thorough understanding of drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents; civil engineering degree/diploma.
