Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Name Screening & Payment Screening product area across onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and transactions for clients and counterparties.
  • •Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with Financial Crime Intelligence domain goals.
  • •Optimize sanctions, PEP, and adverse media list sources and improve fuzziness scores using data and research.
  • •Leverage AI to improve screening precision, including risk-based matching, prioritization, alert scoring, suppression, and de-duplication.
  • •Translate regulatory and risk requirements into product requirements; partner with Engineering on vendor integrations, event schemas, data models, and scalability.
