Collaborate with Learning, Product, Sales, CS, and Ops to align priorities and execute a data-driven growth strategy across a high-growth EdTech/HealthTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive program performance and execution by pushing toward profitability, margin, and unit economics; build and maintain program-level scorecards; execute against a defined roadmap; identify gaps and develop business cases for initiatives and optimizations.
•Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Sales, CS, Learning, and Ops to drive cohesive execution; support integrated planning and escalate risks or tradeoffs; enforce accountability for shared goals.
•Manage stakeholder communications and relationships with instructors, SMEs, and external stakeholders; prepare performance updates and insights for leadership reviews; contribute program insights to resource allocation decisions.
•Contribute to the development of business cases for program initiatives, investments, or optimizations.
•Identify gaps in performance and work with cross-functional partners to drive improvements across programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually
