Key Responsibilities

•Provide instrumentation and electrical support to maintain effective DCS system and process controls for bottling lines and liquid processing.
•Troubleshoot, inspect, diagnose, test, and adjust digital, pneumatic, and manual instrumentation, including PLC troubleshooting in Allen Bradley environments.
•Perform preventative maintenance and asset care on instrumentation and electrical systems, ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
•Optimize control loops and DCS control screens/operator interfaces, and troubleshoot/tune to optimize yield and minimize waste.
•Maintain instrumentation and electrical inventories, part usage reporting, spare part ordering, and accurate maintenance records in SAP CMMS while training team members and participating in cross-functional work teams.

•BAS in Engineering or equivalent technical work experience.
