Data Science | AI Internship: Reinforcement Learning

Join ASML’s Applied Data Science Technical Competence team to build an RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) framework for diagnostics. You’ll design how AI captures engineer interaction signals, convert actions into feedback, and develop reward models. Using Python and deep learning tools (including PyTorch), you’ll prototype, evaluate, and assess the robustness of the approach while presenting findings to stakeholders. The internship is for at least 5 months with 3 days on-site.
