Yield Enhancement Engineer (RFAB)

Own end-to-end yield improvement for analog and mixed-signal products in a fully automated fab. Lead data-driven defect-limited yield analysis, triage defect excursions, and use wafer map analytics and inline inspection sampling to identify yield-limiting defects. Build predictive yield models correlating inline defect density with electrical test outcomes, enabling virtual metrology and real-time risk scoring while partnering with Quality Assurance to close the loop with customer-observed failures.
