Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor inventory positions and product utilization across Factor and 3PL partner sites to identify waste risk in real time.
  • •Coordinate with 3PL operators and internal logistics to intervene on at-risk inventory, including near-expiry, excess, and slow-moving SKUs.
  • •Track and document waste events across the FF/3PL network, including root cause and resolution.
  • •Support waste projection modeling with accurate, timely inventory status data across external sites.
  • •Maintain inventory data accuracy in ERP/WMS systems and flag discrepancies promptly, then analyze cross-site waste trends and report regularly.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics, preferably with exposure to 3PL or external fulfillment environments.
  • •Comfort working with external partner relationships in settings without direct site authority.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory reporting tools.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory control principles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
