•Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand, optimize, and scale metrology workflows.
•Lead and support setup of a smart metrology/failure analysis lab using smart factory and Industry 4.0 concepts.
•Design and build tools, scripts, and dashboards for lab operations, reporting, and decision-making.
