Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and orchestrate hundreds of deployment events per year, including site installations, testing/evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and training/maintenance visits.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution spanning hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and other teams to achieve mission success.
  • •Manage the full deployment lifecycle end-to-end, from site survey and pack-out to installation, training, and sustainment.
  • •Build trusted relationships with customers, industry partners, users, and internal teammates through communication and follow-through.
  • •Represent customer mission needs by translating requirements and CONOPS to Anduril engineers and communicating user feedback and lessons learned to improve capability.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • •Highly organized problem-solver with proven project management skills.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining documentation for new or developing processes.
  • •Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers and building influence through relationships.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • •Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • •Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies with commitment to lifelong learning
