Key Responsibilities

  • •Define customer desired outcomes and develop/manage customer success plans to achieve them.
  • •Onboard new construction customers to accelerate time to value.
  • •Track account health, identify churn risk, and work to eliminate that risk while maintaining strong retention.
  • •Drive product usage and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) through best practices and expansion recommendations.
  • •Run regular check-ins, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions, and coordinate with sales on renewals and expansion opportunities.
Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 68,000 - 122,210 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role.
  • •A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.
  • •Be fully remote, with travel expected up to 35%.
  • •Experience with AEC workflows and BIM solutions focused on construction, and prior construction industry experience.
