Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the end-to-end architecture for intelligent Triage & RCA platforms, including multi-agent autonomous reasoning and recommendation generation.
  • •Design autonomous RCA workflows using LLMs, domain knowledge, telemetry, and engineering data, including human-in-the-loop decision frameworks.
  • •Define AI evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops for agentic systems.
  • •Architect integrations across data platforms, engineering tools, manufacturing systems, and AI services, including APIs, microservices, orchestration layers, and deployment strategies.
  • •Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineering teams, driving architectural reviews, and establishing standard AI engineering/MLOps/AgentOps processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience designing AI/ML and enterprise software solutions.
  • •Expertise in generative AI and LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and RAG/GraphRAG knowledge graphs.
  • •Experience with cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and MLOps/AIOps.
