Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and conduct all activities to successfully complete project assignments, including defining parameters, objectives, work scopes, study techniques, plans and schedules, data collection, interpretation of findings, final recommendations, implementation, and post-project review as necessary.
  • •Collaborate with the business to analyze major organization challenges and provide recommendations on interventions to enhance business effectiveness.
  • •Work as an independent contributor in solving business challenges related to organization development disciplines.
  • •Act as a team leader when required, providing work direction to less experienced employees.
  • •Participate in developing more junior consultants.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering; Masters or MBA preferred
  • •15 years of experience in organization development, management consulting, operating model design, and workforce analytics; at least 10 years providing consulting to downstream business
  • •Full MS. Office; business intelligence tools proficiency required
  • •Mobile and flexible to travel to meet and engage with clients
  • •Prior GCC region experience preferred
