Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with Business Development and Commercial Managers to ensure opportunity data and milestone dates are accurately maintained in the CRM system.
  • •Maintain, update, and distribute competitor vessel schedules and other market intelligence reports.
  • •Record and distribute minutes from Commercial Strategy Meetings and ensure relevant updates are reflected in the CRM system.
  • •Prepare, maintain, and periodically update opportunity-related documentation such as Opportunity ID Cards and Capture Plans.
  • •Monitor proposal approval workflows and support timely completion of Proposal Gate Approvals, including assistance with commercial presentations and reports.
