Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the stewarding team to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • •Coordinate cleaning, sanitisation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
  • •Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage.
  • •Train and onboard new stewards on hygiene protocols, safety procedures, and department guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in stewarding or related roles in a luxury hotel (preferred).
  • •Fluency in English with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and kitchen equipment/hygiene standards.
  • •Meticulous attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation.
  • •Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
