Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure delivery of engineering work under your responsibility by aligning technical, schedule, and financial objectives with project and client expectations.
  • •Set up and track engineering development activities, maintaining coherence across the development process.
  • •Identify and manage critical dependencies in and out of scope, and pilot developments included in your work package.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary HW/SW teams, run activity planning, and keep execution synchronized with the overall program.
  • •Define KPIs, manage risks/opportunities with action plans, drive corrective actions for milestones, and update consolidated financial tracking for the work package.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in electronics (engineer or equivalent).
  • •At least 8 years’ experience as an Engineering Delivery Manager and/or Work Package Manager in digital platform and embedded calculator domains and/or hardware activities.
  • •Strong ability to lead complex projects.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary HW/SW teams and understanding hardware product development processes.
  • •Client relationship and effective communication/problem-solving skills, with demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and structured mindset.
