Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support division operations daily to maintain high service levels for client and customer groups.
  • •Assist in budgeting and expenses for cleaning operations and optimize costs while maintaining quality.
  • •Supervise and train cleaning staff, provide guidance and performance feedback, and ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
  • •Assist the Account Manager with planning and organizing daily cleaning schedules and efficient resource allocation.
  • •Ensure PPM and SR are closed on target timelines; maintain cleaning records and promote health & safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in facilities management in a managerial position.
  • •2+ years in mall management in a managerial position.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in facilities management and BICS training certificate.
  • •Good knowledge of heavy-duty cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals.
  • •Proven project management and continuous improvement experience.
