Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
  • •Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives
  • •Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs
  • •Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling
  • •Work closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
  • •Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
  • •Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
