Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute thorough cleaning duties for assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas following established procedures and standards.
  • •Create a welcoming in-room presentation by making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • •Replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies to ensure rooms are fully stocked and ready for occupancy.
  • •Identify maintenance issues, damages, or repair needs in rooms and uphold FIVE grooming and dress code standards.
  • •Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, implement lost-and-found procedures, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a similar role, with previous pre-opening experience in a luxury hotel environment advantageous.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • •Physical fitness and resilience to handle demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
  • •Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to deliver a FIVE-star experience.
  • •Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel.
